Spin the wheel, make a deal! The House of Mysteries invites you to a drag show unlike anything the City of Many Shoulders has ever seen! Missoula’s brightest stars perform dance, music, spoken word, magic, circus, comedy and professional wrestling interpreted through the sacred lens of drag. We are casting sexy spells of intention–prepare for the revolution!
We imagine a world full of colorful humans, in a magical web of interdependence, where we are free and safe to express the many powerful, vulnerable, sexy, monstrous sides of ourselves.

Intentions:
We are taking the trappings and symbols of our culture and the patriarchal system and subverting them through sacred art of drag.
We are upending cultural standards by showing how artificial and arbitrary our cultural standards of “decency”, “worth”, “value” and “normalcy” are.
We would like to break societal expectations of gendered performance and expression.
We feel that a rainbow world on a spectrum would be a happier place for us all and would allow for a full expression of human experience, and we would like to emulate this world.
We intend to co-create a safe space where the audience and the performers can feel like “family”.
We want all artists and audience members to feel safe to be vulnerable and wild.
